As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver professional customer service. You will communicate clearly with visitors and staff while supporting a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.78 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe personnel, visitor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site-specific access control procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels. Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
