Emplify Health by Gundersen Health System is seeking a part-time (20 hours/week) Activities Assistant for our Tweeten- Spring Grove location! This is your opportunity to provide care to residents while doing the work you love and having FUN!

What does an Activities Assistant do:

• As an Activity Assistant your main responsibility is to get residents to and from activities, lead activities, also document who came to activities.
• Visit with residents on a 1:1 basis.

What will this position look like:

• We are looking for someone who can work 20 hours a week with residents!
• Schedule is as followed:
• Week 1: Monday (9:30a-4:30p), Thursday (9:30a – 3p), Friday (9:30a-4:30p)
• Week 2: Monday (9:30a-4:30p), Thursday (12:30p – 7p), Friday (9:30a-4:30p), Saturday (10a-4p)

• High School Diploma or have a GED
