BOH Restaurant Team Member
Have fun and work hard! As a member of Papi Queso team, you'll be a highly valued and integral part of our team from the start. You'll have the chance to train at every station at Papi Queso while gradually increasing your responsibilities and pay. We strongly believe in learning and development and offer opportunities to grow your career at your own pace. You can work up to become a Team Trainer, Cross Trainer, Shift Manager, and beyond. In addition to your hourly base pay, you'll also earn tips by showcasing your excellent hospitality skills!
Join Papi Queso as a BOH Team Member! Assemble food orders quickly and accurately, support the kitchen team, and ensure that each guest leaves satisfied with a smile. No prior experience is required - we'll provide all the necessary training. We welcome people of all ages and backgrounds to join our team and gain valuable life experience while serving great food in a friendly environment.
