Team Lead – Sales, Hospitality & Club OperationsThe Picklr | Burlington & Danvers, MAStarting at $20 per hour + unlimited commission potentialReady to lead the energy instead of simply following it?The Picklr is hiring Team Leads for our Burlington and Danvers locations. We're looking for reliable, motivated leaders who can take ownership of a shift, support their teammates, connect with members, and keep the club operating at a high level.Consistent weekend availability is required. Weekends are some of our busiest and most exciting times, filled with leagues, clinics, tournaments, events, and member activity. Our Team Leads must be ready to step up, stay organized, and create an outstanding experience during these peak periods.What You'll DoLead shifts and provide direction, support, and coaching to team membersCreate a welcoming, energetic, and professional experience for every member and guestHandle opening and closing responsibilities while maintaining club standardsLead facility tours and drive membership sales through confident, consultative conversationsProcess transactions, manage the POS system, and respond to member questionsSupport scheduling and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, tournaments, and eventsAssist with retail and pro shop operations, including merchandising and inventoryMaintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the facilityRespond calmly and professionally to member concerns and operational challengesHelp build a strong club community that keeps members engaged and coming backWhat We're Looking ForWe want someone who leads by example. The ideal candidate is dependable, confident, organized, and comfortable taking charge in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a team-first mindset are essential.
