CDL Driver

Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a CDL Driver in Phoenix Metro, AZ to support and grow commercial mechanical operations across the region.

Impact

Keep materials, parts, and equipment moving safely.

Support field crews with reliable, on-time deliveries.

Maintain DOT compliance and a clean safety record.

Promote a safe, courteous presence on every site.

Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles per DOT and safety standards.

Load, secure, and deliver materials and equipment.

Maintain driver logs, inspections, and records.

Coordinate routes with dispatch and project teams.

Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Support warehouse staging and inventory as needed.

Communicate ETAs and any delays clearly.

Follow all PPE and site safety requirements.

Requirements

Must-Haves

Valid CDL Class A or B with clean MVR.

DOT medical card current.

2+ years of commercial driving.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Nice-to-Haves

Forklift certification.

Construction or HVAC delivery experience.

Bilingual English/Spanish.

Compensation & Logistics
