Medical Billing/Data Entry Two Positions Available Full-Time/Part-Time

Job Description

TWO Positions available:

1 Full-Time – Monday through Friday, 6:30/7:00 AM to 3:00/3:30 PM
1 Part-Time – 4 days a week 6:30/7:00 AM to 3:00/3:30 PM

The Medical Billing/Data Entry role supports multiple healthcare facilities by managing medical billing, patient records, and insurance claims using proprietary software. This position requires regular communication with clients to ensure accurate invoice processing and resolution of billing errors.

Responsibilities

Manage medical billing and invoice processing using proprietary software
Perform accurate data entry for patient records and billing information
Submit and track invoices with regular communication
Resolve errors and discrepancies in billing and insurance documentation
Support multiple facility types within the healthcare network

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in medical billing
High data entry accuracy with strong attention to detail
Effective time management skills
Strong communication skills for interaction with insurance companies
