You act as a working lead, helping to maintain service and presentation standards, guide team members, and address operational needs during your shift. Your ability to lead by example, communicate effectively, and resolve issues ensures a productive and guest-focused gaming environment.Job Description:Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesAssist with training and serve as a resource to team members to support performance, engagement, and adherence to company standardsSupport daily operations by monitoring work areas, guest interactions, and service flow for quality, efficiency, and safetyServe as a shift lead and escalation point for resolving basic team member or guest concerns, referring complex issues to management as neededMonitor assigned slot section(s), respond to service calls, process jackpots, and perform minor machine repairsEnsure accuracy and accountability in voucher fills, printer refills, counterfeit bill inspection, and jackpot data entryMaintain professional and friendly interactions while assisting guests and team members on the casino floorCommunicate effectively with slot attendants and other departments via radio to ensure smooth shift transitions and service coordinationCoordinate with Casino Operations and Security to report irregularities, suspicious behavior, or incidents requiring management attentionEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the positionProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.Perform other duties as assignedQualifications1 year of slot operations experienceDemonstrated ability to guide and motivate peers in a high-volume or guest-facing environmentStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to deliver coaching, relay expectations, and assist in conflict resolutionReliable and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and support shift coordinationFlexible to adapt to changing business needs, schedules, and guest volumesCommitted to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environmentAbility to access and input information using a moderately complex computer systemRequirementsAt least 21 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesWork CardsNevada Gaming RegistrationPhysical RequirementsFrequently push/pull up to 50lbs.Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levelsFrequently Squat, kneel, reach, bend, twistRegularly sit and work at a desk or computerFrequently standing and walkingAbility to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephoneAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in personAbility to distinguish between shades of colorAbility to tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterityWork Environment Potential ConditionsIndoorSmokyNoisyBright flashing lightsExtreme hot & cold temperaturesSlippery surfacesExposure to dust, fumes and/or gasesDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
