To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist and ideally CPR certification. Specialized certifications in areas such as neurology or geriatrics are advantageous.
• An understanding of complex medical and mobility issues through previous experience, coupled with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Comfort in utilizing digital charting and clinical documentation systems.
