Financial / Budget Analyst

Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a financial / budget analyst to support DoD financial management, audit readiness, and internal control activities. This role supports high-visibility audit efforts and enterprise-level financial compliance initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support budget formulation, execution, and financial analysis activities
• Assist in development and execution of risk management internal control programs
• Support audit readiness efforts, including preparation and validation of audit artifacts
• Analyze financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies across multiple systems
• Develop and track corrective action plans for audit findings and internal control deficiencies
• Coordinate with program offices to ensure compliance with DoD financial regulations

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in financial management, budgeting, or accounting
• Experience supporting DoD financial systems (e.g., GFEBS, LMP, PMRT, CCaR)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified defense financial manager (CDFM) or similar certification
• Experience supporting DoD audit activities (e.g., SBR audits, RMIC, FMFIA compliance)
• Experience working with internal controls and audit documentation

Security Requirements:

• Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace background investigation, drug screening, and credit check.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a government background investigation and meet suitability requirements.
