Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Expected 72 hours bi-weekly | Projected Start: November 16, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a fast-paced Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with a 1:6 patient ratio
• Manage a diverse range of diagnoses, demonstrating strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Perform skilled nursing procedures including IV insertion , NG tube placement , and Foley catheter insertion
• Provide care for patients requiring continuous bladder irrigation
• Float to other units as needed and participate in block scheduling when applicable
• Document and manage patient care using the Cerner EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the state of Indiana
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
• Experience with continuous bladder irrigation patient management
