The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls and directing calls or messages to the appropriate department
• Assisting customers with questions, concerns, and product availability
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Responding to incoming customer emails in a timely manner
• Conducting daily outbound follow-up calls and emails with customers
• Checking inventory availability and product pricing
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services
• Coordinating with store representatives and internal teams as needed
• Receiving and processing sales invoices
• Entering invoice details into customer transaction spreadsheets and reports

Job requirements include:

• Ability to calculate discounts, commissions, percentages, proportions, and measurements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• English required; Spanish is a plus
• Previous customer service or clerical experience preferred
