Content Creation Specialist

Write and publish editorial projects for internal and external use, including articles/blog posts, case studies, web content, video scripts, award submissions, and enablement content Interview internal and external stakeholders to uncover stories and manage reviews and approvals Manage editorial projects from start to finish, aligning team resources and following DPR’s content development and approval process Optimize content reuse and distribution across multiple channels and maintain content libraries Oversee freelance writers, providing editorial and style guidance and reviewing content for brand alignment and deadlines Promote leading practices in content development and management Optimize content and tone of voice for different platforms and channels Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on audience behavior and data-driven insights Champion brand standards, inclusive language, and accessibility standards Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media, a related field, or equivalent experience required 2–4 years of experience in content creation, content strategy, digital communications, or a related field required Relevant work portfolio required Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, professional services, or a related field preferred None required for certifications and licenses Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in content creation and strategy, with a strong focus on optimizing content for various platforms and channels.
