The position offers a flexible schedule, allowing clinicians to self‑schedule their patient appointments within a four‑day workweek. Job Details Schedule: Four 10‑hour days, Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with flexible scheduling and occasional weekend on‑call as needed. Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association); Colorado Physical Therapist license or compact license; minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric outpatient therapy. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with pediatric patients, especially with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, or orthopedic conditions. Additional Information: The outpatient department primarily handles approximately 8‑10 patients per day, with occasional early intervention duties and assistance with inpatient acute cases. The role requires clinicians to cover the outpatient area with potential crossover to inpatient work. Clinicians are expected to be in state for the week of orientation and have the ability to work within a warm water therapy pool environment. The position does not have holiday requirements.
