Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Credential with ESN authorization
• Experience working in elementary school settings
• Understanding of IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ individual needs
• Implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Work closely with general education teachers, specialists, and families
• Create a supportive, structured, and positive classroom atmosphere
• Use data and observations to adapt instruction and support student growth
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation and compliance records
• Advocate for students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
