Civil Design Project Manager
A growing multidisciplinary engineering firm is seeking a Civil Design Project Manager to lead site civil and roadway projects for public and private clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced civil engineer looking for project leadership and career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client expectations
- Lead the design and technical development of site and roadway projects
- Oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and construction plans
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies
- Direct and mentor engineers, designers, and technicians
- Prepare cost estimates and proposals
- Perform QA/QC and identify project risks and solutions
Qualifications:
- BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- 4+ years of civil design and project management experience
- Tennessee PE license
- Strong experience designing site and roadway plans for permitting and construction
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
