You’ll Have the Opportunity to Get Involved In Things Like: Email marketing campaigns Social media planning and content creation Website content and ongoing improvements Product launches Digital advertising coordination Marketing collateral and promotional materials Working with outside marketing partners and agencies Supporting both B2B and direct customer marketing initiatives Helping evaluate and improve marketing effectiveness You don’t need to be an expert in every one of these areas. The ideal person is someone who enjoys learning, wearing multiple hats, and taking ownership. This Opportunity Could Be a Great Fit If You... Have approximately 3+ years of professional marketing experience Enjoy working across multiple areas of marketing rather than one narrow specialty Like balancing creative work with practical business results Are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously Take initiative and enjoy solving problems independently Communicate well with a variety of internal teams and outside partners Want to work somewhere your ideas can genuinely influence the business Experience within manufacturing, industrial products, distribution, equipment, construction, agriculture, or other B2B product environments would certainly be helpful, but it’s not required. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $65,000–$75,000 There may be flexibility for an exceptional candidate with particularly strong experience. The role is expected to be fully onsite during the first year so you can build relationships, learn the business, understand the products, and become immersed in the customer base.
