CT Technologist - Contract Position

Schedule

This position involves 12-hour shifts alternating between Monday-Wednesday and Wednesday-Friday. The available shifts are from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

Job Description

The CT Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures on both adult and pediatric patients. Key duties include ensuring high-quality imaging, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining equipment. Collaboration with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform various CT imaging procedures as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in radiology.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment.
• Document all procedures accurately in the electronic medical record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Radiologic Technologist certified by ARRT (CT preferred).
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Valid state radiologic technologist license.
• Experience in both adult and pediatric imaging preferred.
