Dietary Aide

Location: Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living Looking for steady hours, a respectful work environment, and a job that actually matters? We're hiring Dietary Aides / Dining Associates at a senior living community in Ashburn where dining is about more than food-it's about care, consistency, and connection. This is not restaurant chaos . It's a structured, team based role serving the same residents each day in a calm, supportive environment. Responsible for the overall efficiency of the dining room and pantry; assists with preparation, stocking, serving and post meal clean up of meals and snacks to ensure adequate nutritional intake for all residents. You'll ensure the dining room and pantry run smoothly, supporting our goal of providing a great dining experience. What we offer * Compensation: $16.00 -$18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience plus $300 sign on bonus! * Part time shifts are available with required hours- 7:00 am - 12:00 noon or 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm any day * Afternoon shifts - Thursday, Friday- 4:00 pm- 8pm plus every other weekend scheduling * Full time offers -PTO, volunteer hours, and competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law * 30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues, plus additional healthy choice meal options at discounted prices! * A culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, which builds on our mission, vision and values * Growth Opportunities - grow with the company as we open new communities and expand on our existing ones! * Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age * 401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% match How you will make an impact * Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant * Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant by coordinating with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff work efficiently * Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up * Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake * Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen * Assist in training the wait staff What you will need * Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred, but will train if no experience * Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds * Flexible with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
