Northside Hospital Gwinnett is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week night shift travel assignment. Join one of Georgia's leading healthcare systems and provide respiratory care across a diverse patient population in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Assignment Details

• Start Date: June 15, 2026
• End Date: September 12, 2026
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Nights
• Hours: 36 Hours/Week
• Schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• On-Call: None
• Positions: 1

Position Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and respiratory treatments
• Manage ventilators and airway support equipment
• Perform emergency respiratory interventions and respond to code situations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide care for adult, pediatric, and critical care patients as assigned

Requirements

Experience

✅ Minimum 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapy experience

✅ Acute care hospital experience preferred

Licensure Requirements

• Active Georgia Respiratory Therapist License
• Licensed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through the Georgia Composite Medical Board
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credential

Certifications Required

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• NBRC – RRT

Schedule Information

• Night Shift
• 12-Hour Shifts
• 36 Guaranteed Hours Weekly
• No On-Call Requirement
