As a remote employee, you will work within a flexible environment that values work-life balance. Our team is open to scheduling arrangements, including 4x10 and 5x8 shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. We prioritize the mental and emotional well-being of our staff, encouraging a supportive atmosphere where self-care leads to better patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily tasks will include:

  • Providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families using evidence-based practices.

  • Conducting thorough assessments through interviews to understand clients’ social, personal, and environmental backgrounds.
  • \n
  • Developing tailored treatment plans that address clients’ specific emotional and behavioral health needs.
  • \n
  • Coordinating programs and activities that align with client goals and improve mental health outcomes.
  • \n
  • Facilitating short-term crisis resolution and directing clients to appropriate community resources.
  • \n
  • Building and maintaining trusting client relationships, rooted in mutual respect and acceptance.

  • Regularly reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment services, making necessary adjustments to enhance care.

  • Documenting client interactions and progress in accordance with established guidelines to maintain accurate records.
  • \n
  • Managing an assigned caseload effectively while ensuring timely and appropriate documentation of services.

  • Engaging in ongoing professional development to refine skills and stay informed of best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use issues, and family dynamics concerns. You will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, providing a safe space for them to share their experiences and receive tailored support. Your expertise will help guide clients facing distressing challenges towards recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • \n
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Oregon.
  • \n
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in mental health care, including clinical counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly desirable:

  • Previous counseling experience addressing a range of behavioral health issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, and family dynamics.

  • Experience working in community health clinics or integrated care settings.
