SURTASS Security Analyst

Surtass Security Analyst Amentum is seeking dynamic and strong leaders for employment as Surtass Security Analyst for Surtass program home based out of Virginia Beach, VA. The candidate will be responsible for participating in the planning, execution and reporting of new and existing Surtass operations. Security analysts should be knowledgeable regarding the federal adjudicative guidelines, able to balance revolving a caseload, comfortable providing case briefings, as needed. As the Surtass Security Analyst, you will be responsible for the following: Comsec account management and performance Develop and execute the Comsec qualification program for all contract personnel Development, administration, inspection, and correction of deficiencies of Surtass security programs, procedures, and accounts Coordinate schools to support qualification and advanced training Verification and accountability of classified material inventory Physical security compliance and verification Development of and verification of Emergency Action Plans (Eap) Conduction of periodic audits and inspections of all Surtass security programs Tracking, reporting, and assisting the Surtass Vessels with Defense Courier Service (Dcs) deliveries. Basic qualifications: Graduate of Navy Communications Security (Comsec) Manager School. Three (3) years' experience serving in a Comsec Program. Five (5) years' experience with personnel, information, and physical security. Associate's degree in business administration, Resource Management, Engineering, or equivalent. Preferred qualifications: Associate's degree in business administration, Resource Management, Engineering, or equivalent Experience serving as a Comsec Manager Compensation details: $80,000 The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
