Job Details: Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, minimum 1 year current acute care hospital ICU experience, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and NIH (National Institutes of Health) certifications Preferred Qualifications: Prior Meditech electronic medical record experience, previous travel experience to large facility ICU units Additional Information: The ICU features equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy), and hypothermia protocols. Typical procedures include heart catheterizations, cardioversion, central lines, and medication drips. The unit is staffed with a team of 15 RNs, a charge nurse, and a patient care technician, with a patient ratio of 1:2. Staff are experienced, engaged, and adapt to a technologically advanced environment.
