The sales department has an important role in achieving these goals. We are looking for a Sales Manager for both retail as well as contract & trade. The ideal candidate is outgoing, has a can-do approach and is willing to take on the following responsibilities:

Understand your market and all the ins-out: Know which events or regional shows to attend Broaden your network; generate and pursue leads Identify and develop new business opportunities across untapped areas Own and manage the full sales cycle, including nurturing existing accounts and developing strong long-term relationships Expand our activities by prospecting and attracting new clients Conduct product training sessions and introduce new collections Ensure strong in-store product representation with retail partners, including upselling key items and new designs Maintain and optimize records in our CRM system (HubSpot) Coordinate closely with internal departments (customer service, logistics, marketing, etc.) to ensure exceptional customer experience from start to finish Represent the company at key U.S.-based trade shows such as High Point Market, ICFF, NeoCon and others Willingness to travel at least 35-45% per month
