The Agency Alameda County General Services Agency (GSA) delivers a host of logistical support services to County agencies and partners from maintenance of facilities and County fleet to energy and environmental management services, capital project management, procurement services, and clean commute and recycling programs. The Position Under general direction, to plan, coordinate, and administer the Office of Acquisition Policy (OAP), a division which oversees outreach, contract and labor compliance, and public/private partnership contracts; supervises OAP staff and oversees daily operation; provides specialized consultation; serves as liaison to County of Alameda (County) agencies/departments, contractors, community-based organizations, and other jurisdictions; and to perform related duties as required.
