Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Every Other Weekend | Holidays If Falls on Schedule | Winter Coverage: November 2 – February 27

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Float within the hospital to other units as needed based on census and staffing demands
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Valid California RN License required at time of submission
• ACLS and BLS certifications required at time of submittal
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Any candidate who was a permanent employee at the facility must have been separated for at least 6 months prior to placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CCRN certification preferred
• Background experience in Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Emergency Department
• Two supervisor references preferred
