Purpose of Position:

To provide support to both our Client Service and Business Development teams in all aspects of Institutional Asset Management and Custody. This role will act as a liaison between both existing external relationships and the organization, as well as internally with Trust Operation, Compliance, Marketing, Legal and Finance.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Client Reporting

1. Performance Reporting for Client/Consultants
2. Quarterly Client Meeting Books
3. Quarterly Fact Sheets
4. Annual 408(b)2 Disclosures
5. Quarterly Performance Statements
1. Performance & Data Analytics
   1. Compute and validate monthly returns for investment products utilizing
   2. Maintain Investment Performance and Analytics Systems

1. Evaluate and analyze data, check for discrepancies, investigate, make recommendations & correct accordingly.

1. Analysis & Reconciliation of Commingled & Separate Accounts. Ensure investment performance reporting is in compliance with GIPS Standards
2. Alternatives

1. Ensure accuracy of Alternative assets are properly allocated to client portfolios
2. Migration to Al Platform (Canoe) is acceptable to clients/consultants

1. Performance Calculation

1. Transition management from historical platform to new technology
2. Leverage custody information for Asset Allocation reporting
3. Analyze strategy gaps for expansion of AMAL product offerings & develop recommendations, presenting findings to leadership, and driving implementation efforts

1. Client Service Support

1. Assist in the management of select client relationships and serving as the primary escalation point of escalation for complex issues.
2. Lead initiatives to improve asset management and custody processes and driving implementation efforts across departments.
3. Exercise discretion in resolving client, operational, and performance-reporting issues with appropriate supervision.
4. Lead cross-functional projects and coordinating stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
5. Reviewing and approving work products, analyses, or client deliverables prepared by other team members.
6. Making recommendations to leadership regarding process improvements, technology enhancements, client service strategies, and operational efficiencies.
7. Serve as the a relationship manager for assigned institutional clients and independently resolve complex service, operational, and reporting matters.
8. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of quarterly invoice generation and fee payment collection
9. Reconciliation of General Ledger and coordinate with Controller on any revenue model adjustments
10. Maintenance of Client Web-based Portal

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2. 1-5 years of directly related experience
3. Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
4. Working knowledge of Investment Management and Custody Services
5. Enthusiasm for technology and process enhancement
6. Ability to work well with all levels of staff and management and to manage multiple tasks and projects

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this role is between $70,000 – $80,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferrable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modifi8d in the future.

Hybrid Work Model
Effective February 18, 2025, employees in office-based positions will be working a Hybrid work schedule consisting of three days or more, on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.
