Job Title: RN Case Management Profession: RN Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum 1 year of Acute Care Case Management Experience License: Active RN License Certifications: N/A Must-Have: - Acute Care Case Management Experience (at least 1 year) Description: This position is for a Travel RN in Case Management. You will be responsible for managing a patient caseload. The unit consists of 40 beds and typically requires 1-2 Case Managers or Social Workers. During the day shift, the patient-to-staff ratio is 1:20-30. Knowledge of medical records systems is preferred. Candidates should be self-starters, solution-focused, and collaborative. No specific equipment is needed for this role. Experience with Meditech and Careport is preferred.
