Recruiter

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter with specialized experience in DOT-regulated hiring. In this role, you will manage our full-cycle recruitment process, with a heavy emphasis on sourcing, vetting, and onboarding. The ideal candiate works with speed and well in a team environment.

salary: $28 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Background & Credential Vetting: Coordinate and evaluate standard pre-employment checks, including motor vehicle records (MVR), background checks, drug screenings, and physicals.
• Onboarding & File Maintenance: Facilitate the transition from candidate to employee by coordinating orientation and ensuring all regulatory and personnel files are audit-ready.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Work closely with operations and safety leadership to understand regional staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
