Family Law Paralegal

A highly regarded Texas family law firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to support its growing practice in Fort Worth . What you’ll do:

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and court orders for attorney review
• Communicate with clients and prepare inventories, appraisements, and support calculations
• File pleadings and manage court deadlines
• Coordinate subpoenas and service on witnesses and parties
• Conduct intake calls and prepare attorneys for initial consultations
• Prepare for mediations, depositions, hearings, trials, and conferences
• Draft discovery, calendar deadlines, and manage correspondence
• Assist clients with discovery compliance and document compilation

What they’re looking for:

• 5+ years of Texas Family Law experience
• Solid understanding of the Texas Family Code and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
• Strong drafting, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable learning and leveraging new technology
• Experience with Centerbase and/or NetDocs is a plus (not required)
