Hospice RN — Lead Patient Care & Family Education

VIA Health Partners

VIA Health Partners, a community-based hospice and palliative care provider, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Huntersville, NC area. The role emphasizes coordination and delivery of patient/caregiver care with a focus on comfort and quality of life. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing, an active RN license, and CPR certification. CHPN is preferred.
