Value Stream Manager Details:
- Direct hire position
- $95,000.00 to $120,000.00 / annually
- First shift (Monday through Friday)
- Lead, coach, and develop area coaches and production associates to drive performance and talent growth.
- Oversee daily value stream operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
- Monitor and improve operational performance through KPIs, resource planning, and production management.
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
- Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges and improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while promoting a strong safety culture.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including EH&S, Quality, and Human Resources, to achieve operational goals.
- Manage value stream budgets, resources, and financial performance to meet business objectives.
- Leverage data, digital tools, and AI technologies to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of accountability, employee engagement, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
Value Stream Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, product development, and/or business management.
- Experience in forklift, automotive, heavy equipment, or similar manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
