Construction Project Manager

In this Construction Project Manager opportunity, you'll lead projects from mobilization through closeout while partnering closely with Superintendents, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

• 10+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager
• Manage all phases of construction from mobilization through project closeout
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, costs, pay applications, invoices, and change orders
• Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules
• Lead communication with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Manage contracts, project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Partner with field teams to proactively resolve challenges and keep projects moving forward
• Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
