The Opportunity We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to support our client work in the St. Louis area by capturing high‑quality photo and video content on‑site. This is a paid, hourly position with ongoing opportunities, ideal for someone who has photography or video skills and wants to gain more client‑facing experience across a variety of service‑based industries. You’ll primarily be responsible for content capture: showing up on site, following a creative brief, and delivering raw photo and video assets to our team. Your job is simple and important: represent RenegadesMedia well and capture content we’re proud to put in front of clients’ audiences. What You’ll Do Visit RenegadesMedia clients on site throughout St. Louis and surrounding areas. Capture photo and video content for multiple clients, typically once per month per client. Work in a mix of indoor and outdoor environments across different service industries. Follow clear creative briefs while adapting to each client’s space and personality. Build quick rapport with clients and make them feel comfortable on camera. Deliver raw photo and video files to our team promptly after each shoot. Communicate clearly before and after shoots to confirm expectations and handoff. What You Bring Comfort and confidence using a camera in professional, on‑site environments. Strong people skills: you’re friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. Reliability: you show up on time, every time. Clear communication and follow‑through. Knowledge in photography, video, and creating content for real businesses. Non‑Negotiables You must have access to your own camera and know how to use it. You should ideally have a basic microphone and/or lapel mic for video capture. Prior agency or client‑facing experience. Bonus (Not Required) Experience with social media research, engagement, or content planning. What Success Looks Like Clients feel comfortable and happy working with you.
