Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces organize promotional materials and support event teams before during and after activities. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up event spaces tables displays signage and promotional materials.
• Organize supplies and confirm that necessary materials are available before events begin.
• Help arrange displays and equipment according to event instructions and layout plans.
• Support event staff with preparation and logistical tasks.
• Keep event areas clean organized and presentable throughout activities.
• Replenish promotional materials and supplies as needed.
• Assist with welcoming attendees and directing them to the appropriate areas.
• Help dismantle displays pack equipment and organize materials after events.
• Report missing damaged or insufficient supplies to the event coordinator.
• Follow workplace safety guidelines and event procedures.

Qualifications

• Reliable punctual and detail-oriented.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
• Comfortable performing hands-on tasks and standing for extended periods when required.
• Ability to adapt to changing event needs and schedules.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Previous event or setup experience is an advantage but not required.
