Retail Keyholder - Merrell

Responsibilities Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times. Act as a role model by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge. Create amazing customer experiences by offering authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store’s success as an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts. Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager. Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management. Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to store KPIs. Qualifications Demonstrated retail sales success. Experience in a customer‑facing role. Supervisory experience preferred, but not essential. Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles. Working Conditions Retail environment. US candidates only.
