Job Details:

Certifications: BLS, ARMRIT or ARRT MR certification, State of WI licensed

Facility Specific Job Notes:
- Required certifications: BLS, ARMRIT or ARRT MR certification
- State of WI licensed at the time of submission
- Experience with GE scanners and travel experience preferred
- Experience with EPIC preferred
- May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
- Credentials/Licensure: License/Certificate Verification required for submission
- Submission requirements include a drivers license/state ID, Ascension Profile, and two professional references
- Onboarding requirements include verification of various health histories (MMR, Hepatitis B, etc.), Ascension criminal background check results, education verification, employment verification, and others
- Optional submissions: Ascension Criminal Background Check Results, Ascension Name Change Document
