As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you will: Litigate cases from inception through resolution, including trial and mediation Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations to clients Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate with experts Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to deliver results Qualifications The ideal Insurance Defense Attorney will have: J.
