Join Our Team as a PRN Caregiver/Shower Aide at Birch Meadows Senior Care!
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? At Birch Meadows Senior Care, located in the heart of Three Rivers, MI, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to our residents. We’re looking for a warm, caring, and dependable individual to join our team as a Caregiver/Shower Aide . No prior experience? No problem! If you have a heart for helping others, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll DoAs a Caregiver/Shower Aide, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our residents' daily routines and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting residents with bathing and personal hygiene needs. - Providing compassionate care and companionship to residents. - Supporting residents with mobility and ensuring their safety. - Maintaining a clean and organized environment. - Communicating effectively with residents, families, and team members.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking individuals who are: - Kind, patient, and empathetic. - Reliable and able to work well as part of a team. - Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks. - Excellent communicators with a positive attitude. - Eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. occasional wound dressing after showers (we will train)
No prior experience is required for this role, but a passion for caregiving and a willingness to learn are essential.
