MaineHealth Pediatrics- Brunswick is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join their team! This is a great opportunity to work with a strong team and support children and families through childhood. Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply!

Summary: This position consists of 40 hours per week, day shifts. This position is Monday-Friday, no weekends!
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
