Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
Schedule: Shift: 7A-7P (07:00 - 19:00) Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients.
- Supervise staff and delegate appropriate patient care.
- Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
- Support the facility's leadership in resource management related to patient care.
Compliance / Notes
- Travelers report on the first day at 7 AM.
- Onboarding at designated HR location; parking details provided.
- Patient ratios: 3:1 for Step-down unit, 4:1 for Telemetry.
- The responsibility of patient care rests solely with nurses, not CNAs.
