Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performance sales team using accountability management principles
- Supervise training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees
- Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction
- Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit
- Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations
Job Qualifications
- Strong organizational and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi‑task and juggle multiple items simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
Track Record
- High CSI and sales volume
- Long‑term stability in previous employment
- Product knowledge
- A passion for being involved in deals rather than a desk‑bound administrator
