POSITION SUMMARY:

Utilizing professional social work knowledge and skills required for patient counseling, interdisciplinary collaboration, crisis intervention, education, training, orientation, consultation, referral, research and evaluation, and community organization, the Social Worker is responsible for delivery of social work services and participation in the planning, development and implementation of programs to meet identified psychosocial needs of patients and their families. POSITION SUMMARY:

Utilizing professional social work knowledge and skills required for patient counseling, interdisciplinary collaboration, crisis intervention, education, training, orientation, consultation, referral, research and evaluation, and community organization, the Social Worker is responsible for delivery of social work services and participation in the planning, development and implementation of programs to meet identified psychosocial needs of patients and their families. Masters in Social Work BLS (American Heart Association) Position Pay Range: $29.17 - $48.23 per hour In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) posts the pay range for all jobs. Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
