Store Manager positions are available in the Cincinnati area for our GOCO Shell convenience stores!As a Store Manager at one of our convenience stores, you will be responsible for the following:Quality Customer ServiceStore Image & AppearanceEmployee Development and Adequate StaffingShortage & Loss ControlMerchandising & PromotionsSuccessful Store Managers must possess effective time management skills, an understanding of priorities, and must conduct business in a professional manner- while being a role model for store employees.Requirements:Valid driver's licenseAbility to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidaysProven organizational, communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs.
