Become the next Hospital Medicine Physician in Mason City, Iowa Enterprise Medical is scheduling interviews for part-time and full-time hospitalists at a reputable teaching hospital. About the Team: A cohesive group of 8 physicians working alongside highly trained specialists across the continuum of specialties The majority of shifts are DAYS ONLY (team members rotate night shifts with the opportunity to proctor residents) Closed ICU with NO procedures Model allows for flexible scheduling, working 12-hour shifts (part-time physicians are benefit eligible with7 shifts per month) Generous compensation with base salary and RVU bonus plan - earn up to 370K plus a full complement of benefits, including relocation and signing bonus About the Community: Mason City is conveniently located halfway between Minneapolis and Des Moines.
