Remote Assistance Operator Location: Austin, TX (On-site) Pay: $24.00–$25.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Call View phone number on click.appcast.io 7 AM to & PM daily for quick response Join the Future of Autonomous Vehicles! We're hiring Remote Assistance Operators to help monitor and support autonomous (self-driving) vehicles in real time. If you have experience in dispatch, technical support, fleet operations, systems monitoring, or a fast-paced operations environment, we'd love to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing autonomous vehicle company and work with cutting-edge technology. What You'll Do Monitor autonomous vehicles using live camera feeds Respond to vehicle issues using remote system tools Document events and interventions in Google Sheets and Notion Review completed trips and report unusual events Track operational performance and metrics Communicate important updates during shift handoffs Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) discussions Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in dispatch, technical support, fleet operations, teleoperations, systems monitoring, or a similar role Experience troubleshooting technical issues Comfortable monitoring multiple live camera feeds Experience using Jira, YouTrack, or similar ticketing systems Basic understanding of U.S. traffic laws Clean driving record Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or transportation technology IT, automotive, EV, avionics, military UAV, or network operations background Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Previous Remote Assistance, TeleOps, or video gaming experience is a plus Why Join Us?
