As a Security Officer Part Time Driver in Chesterfield MO this role is designed to provide reliable consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $21.23 / Hour

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (Anchor Shifts): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. Its all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility income stability and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors patients and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents medical emergencies access concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings laboratories offices parking areas and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials maintain visitor logs and support site access-control procedures.
• Document incidents observations and patrol activities accurately; communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state county or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
