Our speech language pathology team provides pediatric speech therapy within an interdisciplinary early intervention model for children ages 2–6 with autism. Our care model incorporates the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) , a naturalistic, developmental approach designed for young children with autism. As a Speech Language Pathologist , you’ll help young children build meaningful communication skills while growing your expertise in pediatric care, AAC, and interdisciplinary treatment. Schedule: Choose between available 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, depending on location and center maturity Base pay: $86,000.00 - $108,500.00/year per year Bonus: Annual performance bonus potential up to $3,800, with additional compensation opportunities for achieving clinical certifications What You’ll Do Assess speech, language, and communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver developmentally appropriate speech therapy for children ages 2–6 in an early intervention setting Develop and implement communication interventions, including AAC strategies and devices when appropriate Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and coordinate treatment plans with OTs, BCBAs, psychologists, and other clinicians Integrate communication goals into Soar’s ESDM-informed approach to early intervention Partner with families to develop meaningful goals and practical strategies they can use outside of therapy Collaborate with RBTs and other clinicians so communication goals are reinforced throughout each child’s day Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans based on data, clinical judgment and each child’s evolving needs Qualifications Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required, unless applying for a Clinical Fellowship position Current license to practice speech language pathology Experience working with children preferred AAC experience is a plus, but not required Strong clinical judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills Interest in interdisciplinary pediatric care What Soar Offers Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including medical plans with a $0 deductible 401(k) with company contribution after one year 11 company holidays plus 15 additional days off Company-paid short-term disability coverage Continuing education, speech therapy training, and career growth opportunities Join Soar as a Speech Language Pathologist and help build a better model of care for children and families.
