Senior PeopleSoft Consultant (HCM, FCM)

Title: Senior PeopleSoft Consultant (HCM FCM)
Location: Hendersen Las Vegas (100% remote OK)
Duration: 6 Month Contract (Likely to be extended)
Compensation: $75-82hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.(No C2C)

1. Provide day-to-day support of the clients HCM and FCM PeopleSoft applications and customizations.
2. Develop and maintain PeopleSoft application functionalityincluding analysis design coding testing implementation and maintenance.
3. Provide weekly status updates on assigned tasks and support tickets.

• Four (4) years of experience in design implementation and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
• Experience working with PL/SQL tools and PeopleTools including Application Designer query development BI Publisher and SQR/SQC.
• HCM and FCM PeopleSoft applications and customizations

• Knowledge of ERP system principles
• ERP system administration
• ERP database structure installation design access extraction storage security and recovery procedures
• Problem identification tracking and vendor support
• Database application and server systems analysis
• Understanding of functional connections and integration touch points within and between ERP systems
• Business process mapping
• Principles of finance and human resource management processes
• Data collection and classification procedures
• Notification processes
• Automated governmental security requirements
• Leadership project management training and general business administration
• Understanding of federal state and local confidentiality regulations

• On-site or 100% remote
• MondayThursday 7:30 AM 5:30 PM PST
• 38-hour work week (9.5 hours/day with a 0.5-hour unpaid lunch 10-hour workdays)
• Must pass a criminal background check (including LiveScan) before starting typically takes 1-2months to clear.
