Inventory Coordinator

We are is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens. In this role, you will play a critical part in monitoring fuel levels, reconciling delivery records, and ensuring accurate inventory control across our supply chain network. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Telemetry Monitoring: Track and balance fuel levels using specialized telemetry software (Skybitz, SmartTank, Otodata, Titan Cloud) to manage stock and prevent inventory losses.

• Delivery Tracking: Monitor daily fuel delivery routes to ensure optimal inventory levels, smooth dispatching, and accurate billing across all channels.

• Order & BOL Reconciliation: Reconcile Bills of Lading (BOL) on a per-shift basis to maintain precision between gross and net gallon deliveries.

• Data & Administrative Support: Maintain clean database records, resolve fuel inventory discrepancies, and support leadership with daily reporting tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in inventory control, inventory reconciliation, dispatching, or supply chain administration (prior experience in fuel, liquid, or petroleum industries is preferred).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Prior experience using inventory software or telemetry tracking platforms is a major plus.

• Key Attributes: Excellent written communication, multi-tasking skills, sharp numerical accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Physical Requirements: Office desk role requiring light physical exertion (lifting up to 15 lbs). No local travel required.
