Role Description The Licensed Massage Therapist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Youngsville, LA. The therapist will provide a variety of massage services, including therapeutic and relaxation-focused bodywork, tailored to individual client needs and treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, performing massage sessions, maintaining accurate treatment notes, and supporting stress reduction and overall wellness goals. The role also involves preparing treatment rooms, adhering to hygiene and safety standards, collaborating with other team members, and contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong therapeutic massage skills (Swedish and Deep Tissue), including experience with body massage techniques. Candidates should possess skills in specialized modalities such as ashiatsu, prenatal, and other therapeutic approaches that support stress relief and wellness. Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to build positive, professional client relationships. Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist in Louisiana, with good standing. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage, with a commitment to safe practice. Ability to maintain accurate client records, manage time effectively, and follow clinic protocols. Willingness to work a consistent full-time schedule, including potential evenings or weekends based on client demand.
